We offer two methods of delivery for all of our products, depending on the type of product, your location and vehicle availability.
1. Tail Lift & Pump Truck Delivery
Your bulk bag will be lowered from the back of our delivery vehicle using a tail lift and then moved using a manual pump truck.
The pump truck can only operate on solid, firm and level surfaces, such as concrete, tarmac or suitable paving.
Pump trucks cannot operate on loose gravel, grass, uneven ground or steep slopes.
Where access allows, the driver may be able to position your logs closer to your preferred location.
2. Crane Delivery
Your bulk bag will be lifted from the back of our delivery vehicle using a mounted crane and lowered into position.
The crane can position bags within its safe operating reach, subject to access and any overhead obstructions.
Once the bag has been lowered, it cannot be moved or repositioned by the driver.
The final placement will depend on where the vehicle can safely park and operate.
Important Delivery Conditions
All deliveries are contracted as KERBSIDE ONLY.
Although our drivers will do their best to accommodate your preferred delivery location, any delivery beyond the kerbside is entirely at the discretion of the driver/haulier on the day, subject to safe access, ground conditions and vehicle limitations.
We cannot guarantee that your order will be placed on your driveway or elsewhere within your property.
Please ensure there is suitable access for a large delivery vehicle and refer to our vehicle dimensions photograph for further information.
